How Subscriptions Work

How to subscribe?

Simply subscribe to the product of your choice by visiting the product page and clicking "Subscribe and Save". If a product doesn't have "Subscribe and Save", it's not currently available for subscription.

You can pick a subscription delivery schedule of 1, 2, 3 or 4 months. You'll receive an email with a customer portal that allows you to manage all of your subscriptions. Be sure to check your spam just in case!

When will I be charged?

You will be charged on the day you sign up (that's your first order) and every 1 month, 2 months, 3 months OR 4 months, for your subscription, depending on the delivery interval you choose.

What will I be charged for the subscription?

Only the cost of your products plus shipping and tax, just like a regular order.

When will my first subscription order arrive? 

Your first subscription order will arrive right away (after processing). Your next order will arrive every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months, depending on the delivery interval you choose.

I picked the wrong delivery interval! Can I update it?

Yes. You can update your delivery interval or any other customer information in your customer portal. If you have any trouble accessing the customer portal from the email you'll receive after placing a subscription order, email us at help@dawnjoyskin.com.

What's the catch?

There is no catch. :) Cancel anytime! Resubscribe anytime! 

Are subscriptions still subject to the 7-15 day processing times?

Yes. The delivery interval refers to when you'll be charged for each new subscription order, not the exact date your order will be delivered. 

What if a product is now out of stock and I paid for my subscription. Will I still get my order?

Yes. If a product is out of stock and you've already placed a subscription order for that product, you'll still receive the product you paid for. 

What if I have an upcoming subscription and the product is now out of stock on the website? Should I cancel before I'm charged?

Not if you don't want to. If you have an upcoming subscription that hasn't been paid for yet and the product is now out of stock and your subscription payment processes successfully, you will still receive the product you paid for within our normal processing timeframes.

Will subscriptions always be available?

Subscriptions will not always be available. Once we have the maximum amount of subscriptions we can support per product, we will remove the ability for customers to be able to place subscriptions on our website for that product.

If and when subscriptions open back up again for a particular product, we will re-allow customers to place subscriptions for that product on our website.

Even if the option to subscribe is now gone from a product that you already subscribed to on the website, this will not affect your current subscription. This only affects customers who have no subscription.
